One Chef. One Night. One Ingredient.

One Dinner is a series of multi-course┬ádinners that are being held over the course of the year to benefit the Inland Northwest Food Network. Each chef has selected a seasonal ingredient that will be used in each of the eight courses. In addition, regional wines and craft brews will be served. Each dinner will offer a unique dining experience and taste of place prepared by some of our region’s finest chefs using locally sourced, organic ingredients. Seating is limited; advanced ticket purchase required.
