Seasonal Kitchen – Wild Game

Just add wild! The benefits of wild game are numerous; it is naturally organic with no hormones, chemicals, or other additives. We will cook wild game from old-time recipes and also create some new dishes using modern methods. Wild game can be enjoyed in many ways so come along and taste some wild.
Instructor: Dan Fisher grew up in the Pacific Northwest where he enjoyed the wild bounty of the rivers, lakes, and forests. He has been a fan of cooking since discovering “The Joy of Cooking” in college where he and his flatmates vowed to cook for each other in turns. From there, he went on to discover many other great cooks and cookbooks. After living in Europe and experiencing fine European cuisine and rediscovering his own heritage foods from Korea, Dan has come back to enjoy the bounty of wild game in the Inland Northwest.
