He has been a fan of cooking since discovering “The Joy of Cooking” in college where he and his flatmates vowed to cook for each other in turns. From there, he went on to discover many other great cooks and cookbooks. After living in Europe and experiencing fine European cuisine and rediscovering his own heritage foods from Korea, Dan has come back to enjoy the bounty of wild game in the Inland Northwest.
