Do you have a blender in your kitchen that you occasionally bring out to make a smoothie, only to have it taking up valuable real estate in your kitchen the rest of the time because you don’t know what else to use it for? If so, this class is for you! We will NOT be making smoothies! Instead, you will learn how to use your blender to make a soup, create a secret sauce to impress at the dinner table, a dessert drizzle infused with summer flavors and wonderful creamy beverages. You’ll quickly come to appreciate how your blender can be used to whip up culinary treats with very little effort (Note: a variety of nuts and coconut products will be used in the recipes we’ll be making.).

has a variety of interests including riding her Harley Davidson, quilting for charity, meeting and convention planning, essential oils and cooking with friends. While living in Tampa, Florida she assisted in many cooking classes with local, national and international chefs. During her travels, she searches out cooking classes, food tours, and local restaurants. Classes in in Budapest, Thailand, Vietnam, and Italy have added creativity to her table. Cooking is a wonderful way to learn about a new culture.
