Join us for an evening of Mushrooms from the Pacific Northwest, home to over 32 varieties of mushrooms.
Chef Steve Jensen, Executive Chef at Craft & Gather, will be creating some dishes which will include Hedgehog and Maitake mushrooms and maybe some Hen of the Woods and morels for good measure.
Mushrooms may be one of the most underappreciated flavors in the kitchen and depending on the type, they can be mild, meaty or earthy.
An assortment of wild and cultivated mushrooms (including dehydrated morels) will be for sale from our sponsor Josh Yake of Gourmet Foragables & More the night of the class. (cash only)
