Seasonal Kitchen – Hearty Soups

We’ll be making three soups starting with an easy one using seasonal carrots with a touch of warming ginger. Then, we will venture in the “creamy” soup world without adding any dairy. Last, we’ll take a tour of your (well Brenda’s) refrigerator (and freezer) and make a leftover soup that will warm up that dark winter night.
Instructor: Brenda Doggett has a variety of interests including riding her Harley Davidson, quilting for charity, meeting and convention planning, essential oils and cooking with friends. While living in Tampa, Florida she assisted in many cooking classes with local, national and international chefs. During her travels, she searches out cooking classes, food tours, and local restaurants. Classes in in Budapest, Thailand, Vietnam, and Italy have added creativity to her table. Cooking is a wonderful way to learn about a new culture.
