Seasonal Kitchen – Fish – RESCHEDULED!

In this class participants will learn how to select, debone and prepare fish. We will also be making a risotto dish using locally sourced veggies to accompany the fish.
Instructor: Shawn O’Brien, Sous Chef at The Blackbird Tavern (Spokane), graduated from the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy. He has worked under his mentor Chef Molly Patrick for the past 3 years, and has been a chef at various regional restaurants. He also volunteers as a chef mentor for teens in the Spokane School District.
