Seasonal Kitchen – Asparagus

Pickling asparagus is a great way to take these spring fresh gems, and put them up to enjoy throughout the year to come! In this class participants will learn how to get the most out of their asparagus to minimize waste. We will learn how to pickle asparagus and to prepare other delicious dishes.
Instructor: Heidi Peterson is a lifelong native of North Idaho. She is a mother of two, and a homemaker. She enjoys teaching others the art of canning, and preserving foods.
