Food for Thought Book Club – Nourishing Broth

In partnership with the Coeur d’Alene Public Library, the INWFN presents a monthly book club open to anyone interested in food and all things food-related.
“Nourishing Broth” explores the culinary practices of our ancestors, and explains the immense health benefits of homemade bone broth due to the gelatin and collagen that is present in real bone broth (vs. broth made from powders).
Copies of the book can be reserved at the library or purchased at the Well Read Moose.
