Food for Thought Book Club

In partnership with the Coeur d’Alene Public Library, the INFN presents a monthly book club open to anyone interested in food and all things food-related. January’s book is “The Science of Cooking” by Peter Barham, which explores how the understanding of chemistry and physics of cooking should lead to improvements in the kitchen. Copies of the book can be reserved at the Library, or purchased at the Well-Read Moose.
