Bangers and Brews

Inland Northwest Food NetworkAs part of Spokane Craft Beer Week (May 15-20), we’re teaming up with Bellwether Brewing Co and the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy (SCC) to present Bangers and Brews.

INCA culinary students will be making bangers (aka sausages) using locally sourced organic pork topped with house-made kraut! Of course, Bellwether will have an array of great brews to whet your palate.  They will be showcasing their collaboration with Mountain Lakes Brewing Company – 1 part Mt Lakes peach hefeweizen blended with 1 part Bellwether botanical Abbey ale!

Bellwether has generously agreed to donate proceeds from the food sales to the INWFN, so grab a friend or two and head on over to have a sip of local brew and a bodacious banger!
